1. If the class is diverse it is a step to equality, all students will get treated equal and be given equal opportunities.

2. Having lessons on differences gets students to recognize themselves and others. Also encourages the breaking of ignorance of other cultures.

3. Learning of differences aids in students cognitive skill to add new experiences to old understandings

4. By being educated on this, the students can build their understanding of different heritages

So in this video, teachers

talk of the issues with race. While it does not give insight on how to make a school

environment more diverse,it does show what can be some

consequences of it. Students who are forced to home-school because of the harassment they received because of the ignorance. The ignorance that exisits because of the little diversity.
