Training and Assistance: Before the opening of the Shakey's restaurant, the franchisee and their management team will be required to successfully complete the management training program. A management team consists of at least 3 management people who will be in a "hands on" role on a daily basis in the restaurant. The management training program is a combination of classroom style and hands on training over an 8-week period. The management training program will be offered as needed at or near the franchisors’ corporate headquarters located in Alhambra, California. Hands-on training will be conducted in a certified Shakey's training location.
The franchisor will provide on-site assistance, for a period of no less than 7 days, some of which may be pre-opening and some after the restaurant opens to the public.
The franchisor will help with site selection as well as plans and specifications for the restaurant. The franchisor will also assist the franchisee in preparing development guidelines and periodically inspect the site during development.
Shakey’s Franchise Financial Investment:
Php 8, 000, 000 to Php 10, 000, 000 is the financial requirement depending on the size of the store, location, and other factors. Agreement will be 10 years and renewable for 5 more years.

Bakemasters Inc. is a Philippine company engaged in manufacturing and distribution of fresh, frozen, par baked and baked bread, pastries, cakes and other confectionary items to Shakeys franchise owners and company owned stores.
Shakey’s International Limited is a Hong Kong based company holding the trademark rights of the Shakey’s trademark for countries in the Middle East, Asia, Australia and Oceania.
Golden Gourmet Limited is a Hong Kong based company owning a certain trademark and brand rights over Shakey’s operations in the Philippines.
Shakey’s Seacrest Incorporated is a recent subsidiary formed on June 2016 to serve as the vehicle for holding certain other trademarks and intellectual properly rights in the future.
