Challenge Task
Creative Task 1
Rearrange your new motif using the Cunningham chance method and add it to your choreography.
Create your own 8 count Cunningham based motif and add it to the teacher taught motif.
Step 1: Write each of your 8 counts onto a separate postit note.
Step 2: Turn over the postit notes, shuffle them and lay them in a new order.
Step 3: Re-learn your counts in the new order.
Step 4: Add your new motif to your teacher taught phrase and your Cunningham choreography.
REMEMBER...to complete the task you:
MUST include the 3 key actions.
SHOULD include at least 2 other actions appropriate to the Cunningham style.
COULD include a lift or moment of contact.
