Festa's goals

The main requirements are HAMK, my friends and Prezi's support, as well as my own commitment.

Obstacles:

People are used to have "traditional" presentations and they are afraid to

step out of their comfort zone

(meaning: powerpoint zone)

20 new user accounts weekly means approximately 80 per month. 80 multiplied by 9months, which is the length of the program, makes it 720. I will be able to reach 960 new users at least. These 960 people inspire 960 more... at least...

Talk to professors so they all are aware that using Prezi is way more effective way to present.

Obstacles:

Since there are 7 units at HAMK it may be

a bit hard to gather all of them in the same place unless I organize it separately in 2 or 3 places which again would be a bit complicated.

Benefits:

Everyone likes evening gatherings, games, fun and ESPECIALLY food... So why not?

Raise awareness and invite fellow students to join Prezi by promoting it.

I'm aiming to have at least 30 new users by the end of each week due to my continuous activism in Social Medias and face to face conversations with fellow students.

I will keep a track of how many students are getting involved. I will send surveys and talk to them face to face in the classrooms as well.

What? I want professors to get involved as well.

Who? Lecturers and staff.

Where? In the campus, during classes!

When? September throughout December.

HOW? By talking to them face to face every month, get feedback and train them (if there's need for it).

Requirements? Laptops, training hours, SUPPORT!

Obstacles? It is a bit hard to convince people to use something they aren't exactly familiar with, I mentioned Harri there cause he is one of the professors with THE BIGGEST influence in my Campus and he is not a big fan of technology!

WHY? STUDENTS COME AND GO, PROFESSORS STAY!

• I am planning on sending out a survey in advance, to have a clear view on what do students in my university think about Prezi and what's their approach towards it. (Before the 1st of September)

• There's a project called "Street team" going on at HAMK. It sends students in the other countries to market HAMK. The person who is organizing it has booked me for a Prezi training for them. (29th of September 2014)

• My friends and I are planning on setting up TEDxHAMK in the campus and I will to ask from the speakers and from staff to use Prezi for presentations. (the idea yet to be developed)

Interacting with students. ALL-THE-TIME

I will reach it by holding trainings.

At this point, I'm looking forward to our own training.

Having evening and noon events in Prezi behalf, by inventing small competitions and games.

Every student in HAMK campuses will be involved and invited

Events will probably be held in the university common room(Sauna room) and other campus facilities.

These events will be held during the whole year.

I will take a note how much students are relating themselves to it and are willing to engage in these activities.

I will need Social Media announces, on campus marketing by my friends and the staff, FOOD!!!!! (a lots of it) & Prezi swag.
