I would not recommend this diet to any one because it basically only lasts eight days and most people can't eat one specific thing every day.

nuts and seeds, legumes ( nuts ), grains, dairy, white meat, sugar, fungi ( mushrooms ), starchy vegetables, whole grains, red meat, preservatives, fast food, and salty foods
Day 1 + 2 - Apples
Day 3 + 4 - Cheese
Day 5 + 6 - Chicken
Day 7 + 8 - Salad
