Albert Bandura and Lev Vygotsky both believed that social interactions increase the child's learning.

Albert bandura is a learning educational theorist his theory is Social Learning Theory. This theory is based on how children learn by others. Also his theory has 3 examples that supports his theory

Differences

Although Albert Bandura and Lev Vygotsky have some similar characteristics. They are different in that Albert Bandura's theory is based on behavioral development, where as Lev Vygotsky's theory is based on cognitive and language development.

As you have see the most noticeable difference is that Bandura's theory revolves around behavior and his 3 models, while Vygotsky's theory revolves around one's congitve growth with the support of the More Knowledgeable Other . However both theorist agree that the individual's maxium potential is met through social interactions.
