The handcuffs send a electric shock through the criminal's body and it has a sensor that scans you and it can tell that you have been doing drugs or if you haven’t. The cuffs, developed by Arizona-based firm Scottsdale Inventions, could be controlled internally using various sensors that indicate when the person locked in them starts to misbehave.
