How did it all start?

-Founder : GeorgeD.Dayton who was origanally a banker & real estate investor. He became a partner with Goodfellow's dry goods company (mens clothing). He later became the president of Goodfellow's in 1881 which is know now today as Target. When Dayton died in 1938 his son and grandsons took over and decided to start selling clothing for the whole family.
