At the age of nine, Pedro was adopted by an American couple. They gave him a home and put him in a school for orphans.

He was sentenced to seven years in prison. Two days in, he was gang raped by four inmates. He later got revenge by killing three of those men. It was self-defense.

He was tossed into the streets and was told to never return. He was raped multiple times by a man who promised him food and shelter, but lied.

At age 18, Pedro was caught for stealing cars and selling them to crop shops. He did not finish school.

Pedro was born from a prostitute mother, the 7th of 13 children in Columbia. Early, at age eight, he was caught fondling his younger sister. Foreshadowing his future behavior.

He would keep girls, after they died, and have tea parties with them until they began to rot. Then he'd bury them in a grave. The parties only lasted a day or two.

He was caught twice, but freed the first time. The second time, he tortured the chief but then was released into Columbia.

Pedro kidnapped, raped, and strangled 57-300+ girls from Columbia, Peru, and Ecuador. This was all in the time span of 1969-1980 (11 years)

He was caught trying to abduct a young girl. He was arrested, but never confessed until a priest dressed up as his cell mate.

Behavior

When caught, he acted like a mad man: rambling incoherently and refused to be cooperative with police.

In that school for the orphans, Pedro was molested by his male teacher. Angered, Pedro retreated to the streets.

• Max sent. in Ecuador but released after 14 yr for good behavior
• Arrested 1 hr later and deported to Columbia
• Sent to a mental hospital

Was found insane in mental hospital, but miraculously got "better." Was released on bail of $50. He reported to Colombian court every month until he disappeared.

• In 2002, they found similar murders in Columbia, just like Pedro's
• After two murders, they stopped and there has been no more of Pedro.
