Numbers and Operations in Base Ten

3.NBT.A.3: Multiply one-digit whole numbers by multiples of 10 in the range 10–90 (e.g., 9 × 80, 5 × 60) using strategies based on place value and properties of operations.

I liked this YouTube video because it explains to children how to multiply numbers in a base 10 system, simply and easily.

3.OA.A.4: Determine the unknown whole number in a multiplication or division equation relating three whole numbers.

I chose to include this video because it goes in to great detail of how to solve for the missing quotient in a division problem.

3.MD.A.1: Tell and write time to the nearest minute and measure time intervals in minutes. Solve word problems involving addition and subtraction of time intervals in minutes.

Geometry- Reason with shapes and their attributes

I liked this video because I think it does a goo job explaining and introducing the concept of time in real world word problems.

3.G.A.1: Understand that shapes in different categories may share attributes and that the shared attributes can define a larger category . Recognize rhombuses, rectangles, and squares as examples of quadrilaterals, and draw examples of quadrilaterals that do not belong to any of these subcategories

I thought this lesson would be helpful for students because it reviews all the attributes of the shapes as well as shows them how to sort quadrilaterals.

3.NF.A.3: Explain equivalence of fractions in special cases, and compare fractions by reasoning about their size.

I liked this tool from illuminations to show kids what fractions look like and how they can be manipulated differently but still represent the same number.
