Drama is a unique literary form because they are designed to be acted out on a stage before an audience.

Knowledge of prehistoric performing arts is necessarily slight. That the performing arts were known and apparently widely practiced by the prehistoric peoples who had settled the mainland and the island archipelagoes

1. Thematic origins and materials.

Most traditional plays and dramatic dances are derived

from mythological and legendary sources.

These foreign stories are turned into local legends. For

example, the Indian Prince Rama becomes a Thai, a

Balinese, or a Javanese prince, embodying the heroic

traits admired in each of these countries.

Drama has two characters namely :

Antagonis’s Charater and Protagonis’s Charater

Drama prepared with a limitation. He was limited by two conventions, namely: the intensity and concentration. Both of these conventions exist because considering that the possibility of power is able to follow the performance
