Gilgamesh's call to adventure is when Enkidu dies. He is prompted to seek Utnapishtim and eternal life so he doesn't have the same fate. Gilgamesh refuses the call when he doesn't embark on the
journey but grieves his
friend's death.
Gilgamesh now enters the Special world

Gilgamesh receives assistance from Shiduri. She tells him where to find Urshanbi, who will eventually lead him to Utnapishtim
