Drop Off Zone
• The drop off zone is where you would hand your work in :)
• The baskets are clearly labeled with the subjects that belong in them.
• All items to be handed in must be done before morning announcements
BACKPACKS:
• when you arrive at school, you will unpack your bags at your locker and bring into class ALL things you will need.
• please do not bring your bags into the classroom
• unpacking your bag does not mean socializing with friends in the hall
• don't forget your INDOOR SHOES!

ANNOUNCEMENTS
• if you were unable to complete something that was assigned, it is YOUR responsibility to come and let me know BEFORE announcements begin.
• should this become a habit, a meeting with your parents, yourself, and your awesome teacher will be happening
• you are all expected to listen to, and pay attention to the announcements.
• you are encouraged to sing the national anthem, however, if you choose not to, you will not be talking, everyone will stand and face our flag
•if the prayer of the day is a prayer you know, please join in and say the prayer aloud
• agendas should be open to the previous days page for agenda check

LUNCH AND SNACKIES
Lunch:
• lunch will be eaten at your own seats
• when you are finished your lunch make sure your area is clean and ready for literacy
Snackies:
• scheduled snack at 9:45am (bring in your snack first thing in the morning and leave it on your desk
• if you are hungry at other times...grab a snack!
Drinks: water bottles with a lid at your desk
WASHROOM
• only one boy and one girl permitted to be out of the room at one time
• must sign bathroom log before leaving and when you return
CLEAN CLASSROOM
• please keep our room clean, I'm not your mumma
• desktops should always be clear, agendas and books you are currently using only
• we do not need to write, draw, or carve things onto desks and table tops
LOCKER DECORATING
• can only use magnets
• no inappropriate pictures, words etc.
BINS
• bins must be neat and tidy at all times
KINDNESS
ALWAYS CHOOSE KINDNESS
• say hello, smile, to other teachers, adults and students in the hall
• NO ONE sits or eats alone in our class
