The Beatles were an English rock band, started in Liverpool, England in 1960 until they broke up in 1970. They are the most successful and influential band in the history of music. The Beatles drew influences from many music genres through their career. Their most known song was yellow submarine.
POPULATION
Liverpool has a large and diverse population.Its population is decreasing although there are high levels of immigration from other countries. In Liverpool you can see a perfect example of multiculturalism, although white people is the majority, we can also see other ethnics being black people the raising ethnic.
In Liverpool more than 450,000 people live and it has a younger population than the rest of England having almost half of its population under 30 years old.
In Liverpool people usually like football, and support either Liverpool FC or Everton FC. Liverpool is the third in the Premier League and plays in the Champions League, and Everton is the ninth in the Premier League. Liverpool has won 6 Champions Leagues and more than 20 EPL.
Liverpool has a time difference of 1 hour with Spain, due to its proximity to the Greenwich Meridian.

-Frederick Agnew: A businessman who started the Liverpool Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
-Junius Brutus Booth: Was a popular actor at Liverpool's Theatre.
-George Stubbs: Considered Liverpool's greatest 18th century animal artist. At Liverpool's Walker Art Gallery we can see his best works which include "Molly Longlegs" and "Horse frightened by a Lion"

Liverpool is located in the western part of Europe. It is located in the UK, in the English west coast. Some of the most important monuments are the Anfield Stadium and the Beatles Statue.
Liverpool is located in the same continent as Spain but it´s in the UK so it's a bit far away from my hometown Villamayor. There are more or less 1398 kilometers between both towns.
Environment Issues
We can see pollution although is not as concentrated as in other big cities. Liverpool is in the coast so we can usually see a lot of boats that harm the environment.
We can also find forest near it, although in the past there were even more. Due to this Liverpool council is working on ending the deforestation of this area
Ecosystem and climate.
CLIMATE:
-Liverpool experiences a temperate maritime climate. Although Liverpool has a mild climate for its northerly latitude, it is far cooler than the London area during summer days, both as a result of being farther north and due to being exposed to maritime air from its west.
ECOSYSTEM:
-Liverpool has two types of Ecosystems, the deciduous forest and the Taiga. IN the deciduous forest we find lots of vegetation and animals and in the taiga little vegetation although there are still some plants.
In the 17th century there was slow progress in trade and population growth.Due to this the city started to grow. By the start of the 19th century, a large volume of trade was passing through Liverpool. This result in lots of buildings for trade such as the Liverpool Port, and other buildings.
At 53°24′0″N 2°59′0″W , located on the Liverpool Bay of the Irish Sea we can find Liverpool.Liverpool experiences a temperate maritime climate. We can find the Everton hill or the West Lancashire Coastal Plain near it and the Neapeans river flows through it. We can find a variety of animals such as: Robin an Tani owl; or plants like: elm and maple.

-Liverpool in spring: Liverpool reawakens in spring. Mild temperatures and medium precipitation.
-Liverpool in Summer: summer in Liverpool is almost perfect. Clear blue skies, with mild temperatures and with almost no precipitation
-Liverpool in Fall:The trees change from green to bright orange and yellow . The air is cool and crisp, and harvest happens. Cool temperatures with high precipitation.
-Liverpool in Winter: Quiet sparkling snow creates . Temperature is cool and precipitation is usually in form of snow.
