Bobbi Martin AKA Mama
1. What was their major/academic background training?
A one year nursing program at Schreiner University.
2.What is their job title, and what activities do they do on a regular day of work?
Her job title is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). In a regular day of work she does patient care and treatment, med administration, health assessments, and charting over all status of patient.
3.What do they like about their job?
She likes working with the patients and the respect that the title holds.
4.What do they wish was different about it?
She wishes that there was a wider range of oportunities for LVNs. There aren't as many job choices.
5.How did they start doing this job/choose this job?
She chose it after taking care of her parents. She decided she wanted to be a patient advocate.
6.What other careers/jobs have they had in their life?
She has been a private investigator, cosmetologist, cosmetology instructor, and an insurance csr.
7.Why did they stop doing each of those?
She stopped being a private investigator and insurance csr to have a family and stopped cosmetology to go to nursing school.
8.What makes a job interesting to them?
Variety.
9.What about a job leads one to be happy?
She said that feeling like you're making a difference in someone's life.
10.If they could not do the profession/job they currently are doing, what would they choose instead?
She'd be an interior director.

He went to tech school for electronics.
2.What is their job title, and what activities do they do on a regular day of work?
His job title is Avionics Technician. In a regular day he installs and troubleshoots avionics and airplanes.
3.What do they like about their job?
He likes that it is challenging and different every day.
4.What do they wish was different about it?
The only thing he would change about his job is the pay.
5.How did they start doing this job/choose this job?
He already had connections in the industry
6.What other careers/jobs have they had in their life?
He built tow trucks.
7.Why did they stop doing each of those?
He stopped doing it because it was a really greasy job and couldn't stand always being dirty.
8.What makes a job interesting to them?
A job is interesting to him when it's challenging.
9.What about a job leads one to be happy?
Learning.
10.If they could not do the profession/job they currently are doing, what would they choose instead?
He would still work in aviation but would be an avionics craftsmen.

1.What was their major and/or academic background/training?
She went to a trade school where she learned secretarial skills.
2.What is their job title, and what activities do they do on a regular day of work?
Her official job title is manager of an office for a moving company. On a day to day basis, she does account tables, customer relations, pay roll, pay roll taxes, dispatches, and lots of IRS stuff.
3.What do they like about their job?
She likes everything. It’s a constant challenge, has a laid back atmosphere, and is a lot of independent work.
4.What do they wish was different about it?
She doesn’t like that she’s never really off the clock.
5.How did they start doing this job/choose this job?
She got into this career because she was sought out by an employer who had been a client of hers while she was working for an insurance company.
6.What other careers/jobs have they had in their life?
She has worked for an insurances company.
7.Why did they stop doing each of those?
She needed a change. Her job was monotonous and wanted to try something different.
8.What makes a job interesting to them?
A job is interesting to her when it’s different every day.
9.What about a job leads one to be happy?
A great relationship with coworkers and your boss.
10.If they could not do the profession/job they currently are doing, what would they choose instead?
She would work with less fortunate children.

The only training that he had was an apprenticeship with his father.
2.What is their job title, and what activities do they do on a regular day of work?
His official job title is Mechanic. On a day to day basis, he deals with customer relations and diagnosing and fixing vehicles.
3.What do they like about their job?
He likes that he gets to help people. It feels good to him to fix something for someone.
4.What do they wish was different about it?
He hates how greasy and dirty it is… he wishes that it was cleaner.
5.How did they start doing this job/choose this job?
It was something he grew up doing with his father.
6.What other careers/jobs have they had in their life?
He has been in the air force, a security police, climbed tall towers and has been a home builder.
7.Why did they stop doing each of those?
He changed careers because he needed a change, something different to do.
8.What makes a job interesting to them?
A job is interesting to him when it's challenging.
9.What about a job leads one to be happy?
Helping people.
10.If they could not do the profession/job they currently are doing, what would they choose instead?
If he could, he would be a rancher.
