Remember that you will still need to:
Once your new team member(s) has/have completed the Induction Prezi, double-check if they ticked off and signed the HR documents correctly.
- Take your new team member on a tour of the office
- Introduce them to their new team
- Show them where to park
- Issue any keys, swipe cards, etc.
- Arrange their uniform

This induction will introduce your new team member to the basic processes of Youthtown. It does not introduce them to their role... that's your job to guide and supervise them.
Stick around in case questions arise. No need to breathe down their neck, though, this module is largely self-directed.
If several new team members are being inducted together, encourage them learn from each other and play the Snakes and Ladders game together!

You will need...
a) access to the Youthtown Induction Presentation;
b) headphones or a room where you can play a video without disturbing anybody;
c) ... an Induction Toolkit containing...
Let's get started
Set your new team member up with a computer and the INDUCTION TOOLKIT.
Allow approximately two hours for them to complete this part of their induction (some will take less time than that).
- the induction documents to be returned to HR once completed (Induction checklist, Code of Conduct and Health and Safety Worker Declaration);
- Vision and Values document;
- Disciplinary Process & Code of Conduct Snakes and Ladders game and cards;
- Induction Pack for New Staff;
- and Health and Safety Handbook.
