- arrested after traces of marijuana found in the sweater which was lend to the client from their family.

“Miss Liscio is an extremely hard working, ethical, brilliant young lawyer. The key issue is she’s charged with something she would or could not do.”
Should the courthouse not allow family members to bring clothing in anymore? Are there other options for clothing for the clients?
Do you think it was just that Liscio was punished for the finding of marijuana remnants in the pocket of her clients sweater? Could she have done more to prevent this from happening?
“Am I going to be accepting clothing for clients who want to look respectable in front of a judge now? I don’t know. We don’t know what’s in clothing when it’s given to us.”
-David Bayliss, fellow criminal lawyer
