Activity: - Show them how to cook the dish – cutting, washing the ingredients.

Objectives: - To give them firsthand experience in preparing and cooking the dish.

Resources needed: - Wood, Lighter,

Bamboo, Stove & Video.

Assessments: - Let each participant prepare and cook the dish. Taste the dish which has been cooked by each participant.

Time - 1230

Event - Lunch with participants.

Activity - All dish prepared by the participants will be shared by all participants & trainers.

Objectives - To provide an opportunity for everyone to judge the outcome of each other’s cooking.

Resources needed - Plates, Forks, Spoons & Beverages.
