Module 5: Service outcomes, indicators and values
Refer to the following activity guide slides and use the four slides above to map your stakeholders, their importance and roles
As a first step in your SEROI + process you need to establish your overall territorial objectives, desired outcomes and associated indicators. Please fill in the chart in the following two slides. If possible/appropriate undertake this with your RSG
Input the information from your Impact slides into the Impact chart below - with your SE2ROI adviser/Team
This horizontal module is designed to be undertaken at different stages during the SEROI + process, in many cases the activities are identical to those undertaken in the standard modules . Use the following slides as guides
Regional SEROI + Coordinator (& Coordination Team): responsible for the organisation and (co)facilitation of SEROI + meetings
Regional Stakeholder Group (RSG) : A consultative group which is a compulsory output of an Interreg Europe project, consisting of organisations (public, private and community) who represent key stakeholder groups who can directly influence or deliver policy (Policy Stakeholders).
Territorial Innovation and Value Group (TIVAG) : The multi-stakeholdergroup that will undertake the SEROI + process at regional level; in addition to the RSG (Policy Stakeholders) it will include representatives of all stakeholder groups who : fund, design, deliver or use the service or who are directly impacted by the service, for example the families of schoolchildren (Practice Stakeholders)
Partner Experience and Pratice (PEP): Digital service Initiatives/projects in ERUDITE partner regions often referred to as good/best pratice(including unsuccessful or partially sucessful intiatives
Checklist:
1. What does your Policy Instrument state; what is/are it(s) objective (objectives); are their any existing indicators associated with those objectives
2. What investment is available? What existing mechanisms exist to support delivery of PI? Check the deliverables and associated investments you indicated in the Application Form. Fill in the forms in Slide 7 + 8
3. Identify the existing regional priorities for digital services relevant to your PI.
4. Start your stakeholder identification: What happening and Who is involved ? Begin to list them for future invitation to your RSG or SEROI + Territorial Innovation and Value Group.
