Tiger Woods is a professional golf player. Golf is a sport that requires not only immense endurance, but exceptional strength in order to hit the ball a great distance and survive the walk to where the ball landed. To keep up with golf's physical demands, Woods needs to do cardiovascular workouts, endurance training, and weight training.

Weaknesses

Unfortunately for Woods, he has severe left knee problems, back pain, and normally overstresses one of his legs. Also, due to Woods' age, his recovery from these conditions is very gradual, and he might not even be able to play as well as he did in golf ever again. These physical setbacks have caused Wood's stats in golf to over the years to the point where he not only lost his title as no.1 in golfing, but he is now on a losing streak.
