Spotter - summarise the events so far
Word Detective
Having read the first scene your challenge is to summarise the events so far in the least amount of words, you must include the most significant detail.
Pick out adjectives and phrases from pg 12 and 13.
Talk about why the writer chose these, what is the impact, what alternatives could you come up with.
