In conclusion, there are complaints about bus transportation service in University Utara Malaysia are often heard hence the inefficiency of those who handle the bus operations. In this regard, this study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the bus system in terms of quality of service. The variable in this study is the satisfaction of the students on the quality of bus services in the campus.
