In the Okefenokee Swamp, the average temperature is 68 degrees F with 50 inches of rainfall yearly. In 1998, the record high was 104 degrees F and in 1989, the record low was 13 degrees F. The Okefenokee Swamp, with its subtropical climate, makes for a perfect for all the different organisms that live there.
