Water Fountains
A few years ago we replaced our standard water fountains in the main hallway with a filtered plastic bottle refiller, reducing the amount of plastic bottles thrown away each day! It has a counter to show how many bottles have been saved, as well as a filter quality indicator to ensure water quality.

Sealed Rooms
Every room (portables excluded) has been sealed to ensure no leakage of air conditioning. The buildings themselves are old, explaining the now-defunct room cooling vents. Making sure the a/c doesn't leak means the unit has to work less and thus saves energy!
Modular A/C
Welcome!
Our newest Buildings, the portables/mobile modulars, all have external heating and cooling systems, as well as complete ventilation throughout. They're all also equipped with window blinds to let sunlight in or keep it out to naturally cool, heat, or light the room.
