DEFINITION
Individuals working together on specific 'AMAL (ACTS) that were collectively decided by a specific CHOSEN STRUCTURE (TANZHIM) based on specific SYSTEMS (MANHAJ) to achieve clear and specific GOALS
GOALS
'AMAL, collectively decided
To uphold the Deen and to invite mankind back to Allah.
Any implicit or explicit goals that go against this key principle is rejected
Any action, however big or small, complicated or simple that is deemed necessary to contribute to the good of the Deen, done individually or in groups, under the decision of or mandated by the group.

"Indeed, Allah loves those who fight in His
cause in a row as though they are a [single]
structure joined firmly"

It was narrated from Mu’aadh ibn Jabal that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The shaytaan is the wolf of man like the wolf of sheep takes the stray sheep and the one that wanders far. Beware of division, and adhere to the jamaa’ah.”

Al-Qaradhawy said;
"The collective work of Islam is a NECESSITY and an OBLIGATION, a human necessity and a legitimate obligation. it is a human necessity because a man is few by himself but 'many' with his brothers
