On July 2nd 1916 the Battle of Erzincan took place and Russian forces defeated troops of the Ottoman Empire in Armenia.
The Ottoman Empire is dying and it starts to break apart and crumble. Eventually Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, and other countries emerged from the dead Empire.
The Battle of Megiddo started on September 19, 1918 and the British easily defeated the Ottomans and allowed the British to push further into the Ottoman Empire.
On February 19, 1915 The Royal Navy starts a huge bombardment of Turkish forts at the mouth of the Dardanelles.
The Battle of Sarikamis started on December 22, 1914 the Ottman Empire lead an attack on the fortress of Kars and the port of Batum and were defeated on January 17, 1915. This was the most costly defeat the Ottomans endured during WWI.
In March of 1917 an attack on Gaza was in place with infantry and Calvary by Murray's forces. It failed but a second attack was happening, this time with artillary. It was a disaster and failed again and the Allied Forces were in a tough spot in Europe.
