Making the Final
This is the end of our Prezi. We hope you enjoyed our presentation and have a nice day!
After finishing the rough draft, we participated in Critical Friends, where our group and another group presented each others' work. We then gave advice to each other. After that, we split up responsibilities for the final. Harkiran fixed the margins on everything and printed them. Julianna glued and took pictures, Aarushi made the Prezi, and Mawyuan also made the Prezi and took pictures.
Final
For the brochure, we made the cover consisting of the Chaboya Logo and a picture of the front of the school, also including the address and phone numbers. Inside included a section about Chaboya, the map, and a page about electives, sports, and activities. On the back side, there is a word from the principal, a page about the staff and teachers, and the school schedule.

Steps to Complete Brochure
The next step of the job was distributing responsibilities to each individual for the rough draft. Mawyuan wrote the message from the principal and she colored the cover. Julianna did the schedule and the map. Harkiran wrote the history and the electives, and Aarushi wrote the ELL/ELD staff paper.
To start the brochure project, we went outside to get distances and times. Then we searched up all the teachers in the school along with the subject they teach. We also included miscellaneous facts, which areas were the most crowded, a message by Mr. Watkins, and the time that the office administrators are available.
