Stakeholders
C-EB has created a Communication Procedures for teachers, parents, and students. The goal of this plan is to create and implement effective communication of all stakeholders.Hackman and Johnson (2013) state "the goal of communication is to create a shared reality between message sources and receivers" (p. 6).

The C-EB school values all of its stakeholders; therefore has created a communication plan for all.
