  • Home Detention- sent home to parent/guardian, both need to sign an agreement

Most Common Juvenile Delinquency Offenses:

  • Theft ex: shoplifting, stealing from backpacks and lockers
  • Vandalism ex: graffiti, drawing on restroom walls,
  • Alcohol Offenses ex: underage purchase/possession/consumption, giving alcohol to underage
  • Disorderly Conduct ex: fighting in public, cursing at a teacher, exposure
  • Simple Assault ex: bullying to the point of assault, shoving or pushing a person
