The Father

God was the beginning, and everything came from him. In the beginning of the formation of the orange they came from the seeds, without the seeds nothing could form and nothing else would be created or grow. He will be at the beginning and ending of time. In the beginning before the orange formed there were the seeds, and after the orange is eaten and is gone the seeds remain. This is like how God started everything and created everything, and even if the whole universe was destroyed he would still be there. God the father should be at the center of our lives, just as the seeds are at the center of the orange. God the father cannot always be seen but we know that he is present. The seeds are concealed in the orange but we know that they are always there, and that we will find them eventually. When we look around we can experience all that God has created. We can see orange trees, the fruit, the flowers on the tree, we can smell the scent of the orange, eat food created with orange flavor. All of this came from a seed, such as all of creation came from God the father. Sometimes it is hard to find God the father when we need him, we have difficulty knowing where he is and searching for him. It can be hard to find the seeds of an orange, they can be hidden and easy to overlook.

The Trinity

The Holy Spirit

The Son

Analogy: An Orange

The skin is like the Holy Spirit because the skin covers everything. The skin will always be there, covering every orange, and will always be surrounding it. The Holy Spirit is just like that; it is always there, always with us, no matter where we are. The skin protects the orange just like the Holy Spirit is protecting like God.

When thinking of an orange, the part of you eat probably comes to mind, the slices. Jesus, the Son, is comparable to the slices of an orange. The slices of an orange are the product of the seeds, just as Jesus is God made flesh, so Jesus is the product of God because God created Jesus. Just as the seeds create the orange slices.

ORANGE

When thinking of an orange, typically three things come into mind. The seeds, the skin and the orange slices. The orange itself is still one whole orange though, just made up of three different parts. However, without one of the three parts of an orange, it wouldn't be a full orange. The Trinity is three parts that make up one whole. Without one part of the Trinity, the Trinity isn't whole, and wouldn't be considered the Trinity.
