How to Exercise for a Mesomorph Body Type

Many mesomorphs think that they don't need to follow the same rules as others, but that is not the case...

- Some mesomorphs prefer to train with weights.

- Strength and endurance.

- Gain muscle and lose weight quickly.

- Anything from cardio to weights.

- Yoga, treadmills, biking, and stairmasters are some good exercises.

- 30 mins. three times a week.

Eating for an Endomorph

If you classify as an endomorph, you mght want to think about these following points...

- Lower carbohydrate tolerance.

- 25% carbohydrates.

- 35% protien.

- 40% fat.

- High fibre starches.

- Equal amount of macronutrients.

- Start the day with a meal high in protien.

How to Exercise for an Endomorph Body Type

The following may appeal to you if you have a hard time exercising and staying active...

- Exrecise often.

- Less endurance based exercises.

- More strength based workouts.

- Don't skip workouts.

- Anaerobic or weight lifting exercises are a good idea.

- Try HIIT, HIIE, or SIT.

Eating for an Ectomorph

If you are an ectomorph, it might be helpful to consider the following...

- 20% fat.

- 25% protien.

- 55% carbohydrates.

- 30% of calories come from fat.

- Avoid food low in calories.

- Choose foods with lots of nutrients and calories.

- Try to eat about 5-7 small meals per day.

- Usually picky eaters.

How to Exercise for an Ectomorph Body Type

If you are an ectomorph, and you are looking to be more active,try looking at these suggestions...
