Tri-Tip is the healthier brisket, it can be grilled, smoked, or roasted. It is the end part of the loin where three muscle meet ( TRI-tip) therefore the cut is leaner than brisket. Being leaner gives Tri-tip an advantage over brisket, but it also has more minerals and vitamins.
Tri-tip can be made into a sandwich, it can be eaten as a steak, a roast, grilled, or barbequed.
Though Tri-tip is healthier it is 50 cents more than Brisket.
