* Minimum of 135 ft vertical clearance

* 1,200 ft center-to-center between towers

* Then changed to 100 ft long, and vertical clearance of 25 ft

* This would accommodate recreational boating and shallow draft commercial vessels

* Purpose? One side would connect Oyster Bay to Rye Bridge , and the second side would connect Rye-Port Chester to Westchester
