When the Jumano just settled in Texas they welcomed spanish traders and settlers, the Apache and the Commanche tribes were enemies with the Jumano at this time. One day, the Spanish settlers turned against the Jumano. The Apache and the Commanche later, after many consequences, became alies.

WHERE?

The clothing that men wore included a cape and pants. The women wore some sort of a long skirt and a half~shirt which left the waist uncovered used for tattoo's. The men, all around the uncovered body would paint stripes in many shapes, sizes, and patterns.

FUN FACT

The Jumano Indians were referred to as 'hunters' and 'traders'. They did hunt a lot, but they also traded with many other tribes for goods.

The Jumano Indian's were very smart. One thing I can infer from this is that without Jumano survival ,humans would not have what we have.

The Jumano Indian's ate Crops such as corn, beans and squash. They also farmed cotton. The Jumano Indian's also ate buffalo. Now in Texas

buffalo are not living so we hunt down bison.

FUN FACT

Two Jumano Men hunting Buffalo

The Buffalo were so important to the Jumano Indians that they even worshiped animals that included the buffalo.
