Causes

- Low carbs, sugars, yeast, and alcohol.

- These foods are what causes the digestive system to create alcohol.

- Breakfast: eggs

- Lunch: salads

- Dinner: meats or fish

- Snack: non-starchy vegetables

- Overgrowth of yeast in the gut.

- When carbohydrates are eaten, they combine with the yeast to create alcohol.

- Observation

- It is a rare disorder.

- Only a few cases have been reported.

- Not a well-known disease.
