In between explorations Cousteau
won many awards.The explorations
gave him something to write and film
about. He helped sea life around the world
and found strange creatures. Jacques
found ancient artifacts on a ship wreck
in one exploration.
Motive for Exploration
After his birth on June 11th 1910, Jacques Cousteau was motivated when he was in the French Navy. When he was stationed at the shore of the Mediterranean Sea he looked under water. As soon as he saw the sea life he felt like he belonged near the ocean. He began his career soon after.
