Language
Language continuously evolves. The language in ancient years is entirely different in the new millennium. Youth today tend to be more creative and innovative in terms of using the language. That is why new forms of language emerge. Conyo is one of them.
Conyo is a proof that language truly changes over time. From pure languages such as English and Filipino, comes a combination of two. Conyo, like other language, maintains similar features (grammar) and functions (communication).
Like sobrang THANK YOU for making pakinig to my report. :)
With conyo being so widespread, language teaching tends to be difficult because proficiency is at risk. The conyo language has been a source of problem in teaching and learning English.
Language teachers should motivate and practice learners to speak English proficiently through using a variety of techniques and strategies. Conyo language should not be tolerated because it injures the ability of the learners to become proficient, fluent and eloquent in English.
