When anna was looking for her sister elsa in the mountains ,elsa got really annoying that a accident happing giving anna another stike of ice. Little by little anna was becoming less

Elsa wants her sister away from her , because she fear that she will hurt her again the same way she did when they were little. Elsa also runs away for everyones safety and because she is scared.

Over the years, Kristoff came to view the trolls as his family, a view that was reciprocated, seen when Bulda gleefully announced that Kristoff had come "home". Over the years, the trolls tried to find a partner for Kristoff but to no avail.[2] Nevertheless, Kristoff regarded the trolls as "love experts".

When Anna was struck by Elsa's magic, Kristoff decided to take her to the Valley of the Living Rock in the hopes that Pabbie's magic could heal her. Though Kristoff was grateful that the trolls had cared for him(Kristoff)

Elsa and Anna live in a castle where Elsa has the power of ice she can hurt somene with it if she cant control her powers. The castle has been the safety of elsa for her entire life till the point that she becomes queen and gets in a argument with her sister anna from there everyone knows about her power. But Elsa her entire life kept the secret from her sister and everyone in Arandelle.

Elsa when she was little she was introduced to have a power of cold /winter powers . elsa was struggling with a problem as she got older for the reason when she would get anxiety or nervous the powers would become more stong and had to be away from her sister anna to protect her.

Anna has to look for elsa when she runs away and brought the cold freezing weather to Arendelle.Anna has to accomplish on this task to save all the people from dying of cold . Anna will also have to overcome some problems and bring peace and summer back to Arendelle.

Sven is the loyal pet reindeer and companion of Kristoff, a rugged mountain man. Together, the duo run an ice harvesting business (which has greatly enhanced Sven's overall strength, making him quite the force) and reside outside the city of Arendelle in the Valley of the Living Rock, where a community of trolls thrive. The trolls adopted both Kristoff and Sven when they were children, and raised them(Anna)
