Verbal, Emotional outburst or "Venting" (ie. Fuck you, I hate this fucking school.)

Staff Intervention:

  • Allow venting if it's safe
  • Isolate the situation
  • Consider our help

Challenging question (ie. Why do i have to listen to you?)

Staff Intervention: Do not answer the question. Redirect.
