Before going to the lobby the last subject teachers will be giving each student a registration form where they can write their 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice for clubs and organizations.
After all the presentations of the different clubs and organizations, student will be asked to drop their registration form in the box of their desired club or organization.
For organizations all try-outs, auditions and screenings are scheduled on Monday June 27. Students who wish to join the organizations shall be given waivers for the Monday.
For clubs moderators will be choosing their members base on the maximum number of required member. They will be tasked to transfer excess students to their 2nd or 3rd choice of club.
Guidelines
PROGRAM
All students, teachers and coordinators MUST attend the program.
All initial members must attend the general rehearsal on June 23 at 4:15 - 5:00PM, along with their respective moderators. (No rehearsal, no presentation and No moderator, no presentation policies will be implemented).
All moderators MUST stay with their respective clubs or organizations members during rehearsals, practices and program proper.
Students MUST wear their spirit shirts and jeans (with reference to proper wearing of casual attire) on Friday.
No waiver, no practice policy will also be implemented.
Students are allowed to choose either 1 club or 1 organization or 1 club and 1 organization. (with exemption to Active minds, math wizards and JHS SG members)
