Description of Case

17 year old Jones was adjudicated delinquent for the crime of robbery with a deadly weapon in a Juvenile court. Therefore he was determined to be unfit for juvenile treatment andtransferred to a higher court for trial as an adult, where he was found guilty of first-degree robbery.
