History

Child Labor

Aeropostale was founded in 1973. Their headquarters are in New York City, U.S.A. They now have 1091 stores. The company was named one of the top 100 companies to work for in 2013 by the Fortune magazine.

Most of us like Aeropostale but did you know that they are responsible for child labor? Children are forced to leave school to pick cotton on harvest days for Aeropostale clothing. Also little girls are forced to make Aeropostale clothing instead of going to school everyday in China.
