Secondly, there should be laws unemployment so that employers lie about how luxurious Dubai is. Lastly, public should take action about poverty and help in different ways such as donating and getting i touch with a foundation or a notional group which is againt labor poverty in Dubai.

Immigrant Laborers

What is Minimum wage in Dubai?

According to the National bureau Of Statistics, the were over 8 million residents in the UAE in 2014. 8 percent of which were foreign and over half of that 80 percent were blue collared workers. Unfortunately, the government has set no rules for a secure environment for the blue collared laborers. Believe it it or not, but this leads to worker mistreatment and human right abuses by companies and illegal visa agents.

In Dubai, there is no such thing as minimum wage. The reason why most foreigners work in Dubai is because the contract between an employer/employee.An employer can offer a job with high salary and good home just to get them in dubai but when the immigrant ts there.... he ends up with low salary and slum as a house. With this advantage employers take the workers passports away from them to leave.
