Durable and Non-Durable Goods

Durable and Non-Durable Goods

THE END!(:

Non-Durable Goods

Nondurable goods include fast moving consumer goods such as cosmetics and cleaning products, food, fuel, beer, cigarettes, medication, office supplies, packaging and containers, paper and paper products, personal products, rubber, plastics, textiles, clothing, and footwear.

Non-Durable Goods

Non-Durable goods are also known as soft goods meaning they won't last. A non-durable good comes and goes it does not last very long.

Examples:

Durable Goods

Durable goods are a category of consumer products that do not need to be purchased frequently because they are made to last for a long time (usually lasting for three years or more).

Examples:

Washing machine lasts up to three or more years.

Durable Goods

Durable goods comprise two categories: consumer and producer durables. Examples of consumer durables are cars, boats, furniture, televisions, appliances, and fine jewelry. Producer or capital durables include machinery and equipment.
