Troubleshooting Common Issues:
#1. Problem: Ocassionally the user will not be able to locate the DVD drive.
Fix:Under Disk Management you can reset the drive letter and paths so it will be visible in the explorer.
#2. Problem: Complications with iPhone syncing to 64-bit Windows 7.
Fix: Disabling the USB power management, under Divice Manager you can turn off the USB and manually connect to the iPhone through Apple's iTunes software.
Troubleshooting Common Issues:
#1. Problem: The inability to open individual documents.
Fix: Restore a backup if individual files will not open, if there's a problem with the application then try changing the preferences through the Disk Utility; lastly start from scratch and reinstall software.
#2. Problem: "Unexpected error' when installing new software.
Fix: This is usually due to RAM problems, check how much RAM is available, try adding RAM or switching the slots that they're in.

#1. Problem: Sometimes the iPad won't turn on or the display is not responding.
Fix: Turn the iPad off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPad for a few seconds, until a red slider appears. Then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears. Reset iPad-Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
#2. Problem: iPad won't sync with iTunes.
Fix: Disconnect other USB devices from your computer and connect iPad to a different USB 2.0 port on your computer (not on your keyboard). Turn iPad off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPad for a few seconds, until a red slider appears. Then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears. Restart your computer. Then reconnect iPad to your computer. Download and install (or reinstall) the latest version of iTunes.
