What are the risk of using marijuana?
1- This drug could affect the brain in the short time.
2- Produce psychological and undesirable behavioral effects.
3- Consume it continuously and it will cause memory problems
4- Causes tolerance, which means that each time people need higher doses
5-Causes anxiety, fear, and paranoia
6-Increased risk of stroke
7-Decline in IQ up to 8 points if use is started as an adolescense
8- Becomes an addiction
9-Leads to anti-social Behavior including stealing and lying
What is going on with marijuana?
Law:
For these reasons marijuana will be become an illegal drug.
People that using marijuana will be fined for a cost of $1000. Teens that are caught taking it to school will be emergency expelled and required to take a drug class before being allowed to return to school. Adults will be suspended from their job without pay for 1 week and prior to returning to work they will need to have also taken a drug class.
Today in several states of the United States the consumption of marijuana is legal for anyone over the age of 18 but I do not agree with this because this is affecting several people mainly adolescents since it is widely consumed by them because it has become easy for them to access it. Many say the main reason is because it "makes them feel good"
