Dr. Chetankumar J. Lad, the Director of the Institute is the enthusiastic personality with remarkable institutional building skills, having the degree of BE, MBA with HR Specialization and Ph. D in the field of Management. He had rich experience of more than15 years out of which 08 years in industry with the leading positions and 07 years in academic. He has got expertise in dealing with the subjects like Organizational Behavior, Managerial Communication, Strategic Management, International Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Change Management and Organizational Development and Marketing Management.
He has written more than 20 research papers which have been published in the leading journals and books with ISSN/ISBN numbers. Moreover he has presented more than 25 research papers in various National and International conferences to his credit. With the view of constantly updating the knowledge he has participated in more than 25 workshops and seminars in different institutes across the nation.

Library Rules and Regulation
- You are require to enter your detail and sign in library inward and outward register when you are using library reading hall.
- Each user would be provided with two library ticket for issue of books. Lost or damaged library resource will be replace with penalty from concerned students.
- I-card and library ticket both is essential for issuing the book. Reissue of books by a same user may be allowed maximum two consecutive times after first issue.
- Books in demand may not be renewed second time to maintain balanced use.
- Journals and magazine may also be issued for a week.
- Issue of books for home- each student would be issued 4 books at a time for a period of 10 days.
- Failure to return books on due date would compulsorily lead to penalty of Rs.2/- per day for first week, for 2nd weeks delay Rs. 5/-per day, for 3rd and 4th weeks delay Rs.10/- per day and no return of books after more than 30 days the value of the book with latest edition will be penalized.
- Following things are prohibited in Library if found punitive action will be taken.

1. As per GTU rules & regulation, every student must maintain 75% of attendance in each and every subject.
2. Student must give prior application to their respected counselor if he/she wants a leave.
3. In case of emergency, student must inform through message or call to their respected counselor for leave permission.
4. If any student wants to leave earlier or coming late, must give valid reasons with application.
5. Except Thursday, every student must be in uniform.
6. ID card is compulsory.
