Essential Question: How can 3D printing enhance our ability to explore space?

3D Printing Stories:

The First 3D Print in Space

When: Saturday, October 1st (5 days away!)

The Faire runs from 10am - 6pm

Where: New York Hall of Science (in Queens)

What: Loads of fun, incredible inspiration, and the chance to see what we'll be learning here firsthand.

Part 1:

Search through Maker Faire's Saturday Program and find 3 presentations or events that you find interesting.

Part 2:

Fill out the field trip interest survey linked within the Google Doc.

To begin:

1. Pick up your laptop.

2. Go to Google Classroom and complete Maker Faire Research Assignment

3. Turn In when you're done (due 4 minutes before the end of class)

Basic Laptop Rules:

1. No headphones (unless watching a video).

2. Only use the laptop assigned to you.

3. Carry the laptop by the base (not the screen).

4. Follow the laptop retrieval and return protocols.
