Q = quality/ quantity

Quality = high pressure, constriction, heaviness accompanied by a crushing sensation and oppression

R = region/ radiation

Quantity = it depends (on a scale of 1 to 10)

Region = precordial (heart)

P = causes / decreases / worsens

Causes = at rest or effort, physical or emotional stress

Radiation = diffuse widely in the chest, painful functional impairment in the shoulders and hands, numbness of the left arm

Decreases = morphine and restauration of irrigation of the coronary artery

Worsens = unstable angina, coronary heart disease

S = signs/ symptoms

Signs =high blood pressure, high pulse, high respiration, low pulse saturation in oxygen

Symptoms = apprehension, dyspnea, diaphoresis and cold sweats, nausea and vomiting, extreme fatigue and lightheadedness or fainting
