When all pac-dots are eaten, Pac-Man is taken to the next stage,
Four enemies (Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde) roam the maze, trying to catch Pac-Man.
If an enemy touches Pac-Man, a life is lost. When all lives have been lost, the game ends.
History
When Toru Iwatani hungrily stared into his pizza box, containing 2 slices short of a full pie, the idea for one of the greatest arcade games was born.
At 27 years, the Japanese student came up with the idea for Pac-Man - a game that became legend .
The Game's Entrance Into Society:
1980 - Midway first released the Pacman arcade.
1981 - Atari published the first wave of home version: 2600
1983 - Apple, PC, Commodor 64, Vic 20, TI-99-4A
1996 - Namco re-released the arcade version as part of the Namco Classics Vol. 2
